Beryan, which is well known by the isfahanis and tourists of Isfahan today,is a delicious and lunch-specific fatty food made from pure Lamb. Today, first, meat with bone is roasted in water with onions and salt and a little spice like turmeric (half cooked) and then separated from the bone and rolled with their fats, then in small volumes with cinnamon and dried mint, in wide copper spatulas and on fire under a special copper tray located on a gas oven, and then with walnut brains or almond slices, the bread is greased from the water, the same cooked meat is rolled, which is the decoration of food and is known as the six and the dumplings, they do. A very tasty and hearty combination. Bread is also more airy if it is stony or homemade.

All the seasons in Isfahan are beautiful, but depending on your circumstances and taste, you should choose one of them for your trip to Isfahan. I suggest you make sure you visit the restaurants in Isfahan and order yogurt stew only once to fall in love with it.
